RETURN and REFUND POLICY

If you received the wrong product:

If we made a mistake and shipped something that you didn't order, we will pay for return shipping to get the wrong item back, and pay for shipping to get the correct item to you.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, you will have to send it back to us, and we will issue a refund, or a replacement if the item is in good condition and original packaging.

You will need to contact us within 10 days of receipt. Initial shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will not accept refunds on toys, books, or perishable items, such as food, bakery items, or biscuits.

Please leave all tags on collars, harnesses, leads, and clothing, if you plan on returning them. Items must be returned in original packaging, and in new condition. Some items are under manufacturers warranty only.

We suggest that you ship returns using UPS or FED EX ground as they have the ability to monitor your shipment, and will insure all packages for up to $100. If your package is valued at more than $100, we suggest that you insure it for its total value.

If you are returning an item by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we suggest that you insure your package for its value. PetWorldStore is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

If you received a damaged product:

If a package arrives damaged, please e-mail us, and we will arrange to have it shipped back and replaced. If you ship it back using your own shipping methods, you won't be reimbursed.

Just contact us online, by e-mail (customerservice@petworldstore.com) or by phone 217-442-7466, and let us know the problem. We will send you a return merchandise authorization number with instructions for returning the product. Your account will be credited if you don't want a replacement.
